SHIPPING INFORMATION
Armortek kits are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and shipped worldwide from our factory in Hampshire, UK. This page explains how delivery works. If you have a question that is not answered here, please email us at sales@armortek.co.uk.
Who delivers your order
We ship our kits worldwide using UPS.
For smaller orders, like spare parts, we may use Royal Mail.
Shipping costs
Our kits vary greatly in size and weight – some weigh up to 140 kg – so the shipping cost depends on the kit and the destination. The cost for each kit and region is shown in the Shipping section of that kit's page.
If your country is not listed on the kit's page, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
When your order is dispatched
In-stock goods are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
For our kit shipments, we will normally contact you in advance to ensure that you will be available to receive the boxes.

These are typical times after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Deliveries outside the UK may take longer while they clear customs.
Tracking your delivery
When we ship your kits, we will provide you with the UPS tracking number.
Customs duties and import taxes
The prices on our website exclude VAT. For delivery in the UK, VAT is added and our invoice shows the price including VAT; the UK shipping costs shown on each kit page include VAT. For delivery outside the UK, prices and shipping costs exclude UK VAT.
For shipments outside the UK, you will be responsible for all local duties and taxes. In general our kits should not be subject to import duty as they are classified as "Toys".
For the US, import tariffs will likely apply, but as these are a constantly changing picture, please contact us for more information if needed.
UPS will manage the import of the kit and customs clearance. They will contact you directly on the email address and phone numbers that you have provided us with to collect payment prior to arranging delivery.
Receiving your delivery
UPS will deliver your kit to the kerbside and will request a signature on delivery.
If something goes wrong
In the unlikely event that a delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, you will need to contact us withing 2 days with photographs.
