Universal carrier sprocket ring

For us to get the one off price right down to around £90/ sprocket ring we need at least 10 firm orders. Please put your names below guys.
The parts will be 'Vixen' sprockets made from structural grade EN6082 T6 aluminium alloy and will be cnc machined to the highest of standards.

The sprockets are for use with the solid pins only , contact me for more details of alternative pin material if you would like to make your own, also details of what is required of your track assembly, and purchasing the pla version to use as trial piece to prove the fit and to "run in" your track.

The pla sprockets seem very robust and may last for many hours of running, How many hours we don't know yet.

Any news about orders for your sprocket rings, have you any more people wanting them?

Hi Graham, we have around six very interested parties that would like to order but we are at present four short of the number required. I can have a word with Mike Tull the guy that will produce the Vixen sprockets and ask what the price would be for him to produce just six pairs.
I will keep you posted.
I could of course order the ten sets and hope I sell all to recover my outlay but that's a big risk.

It's £90 for a single sprocket Graham, cnc economics the fewer the more it costs

If I had a cad file I could send it to a laser cutter here to see what they'd charge for 10 sets of 2. I've used them for one off sprocket rings before and they were very reasonable. I've ordered 1/10 scale rings of course for 5 or 6 different tanks and I thought them quite fair. I found out after a few orders
Jacques Littlefield used them for full sized tank sprocket rings..

Good idea but I don't think Mike would agree as it was his expertise, his time and the assumption that he would recover his costs when 10 sets were ordered Jerry, he basically owns the file.
I think Mike would consider a run of 8 sets but we are still 2 orders short.
