Numpty, he put the ring on the wrong hand. It might confirm what some contributors to this Forum have been saying about young officers' map reading skills. I bet the other 47 crewmen involved were really happy to indulge this young romantic. (You want to do what Sir? Kakoi durak. OK comrade, but it will cost you a month's salary in vodka). And I bet she wanted a ride afterwards (on a tank).

Not much of an idea about security either. Allowing a civilian in the middle of a military exercise .... :roll:
