Sdkfz.7 late restoration 1944

Post by Heiko Sattler » Mon Sep 28, 2020 8:57 pm

Hello men

After the construction of my rhino is almost complete. I want to turn to my last major project, after all I want to paint all of my tanks in this life.
This is a Sdkfz 7 from Armortek, the Sdkfz7 is supposed to be my tractor for my 88 FLAK.
There is a little anecdote about this new model
It stood forgotten for decades in a workshop of a model building colleague, where it should come to an end, it was a year-long struggle until I should get it.
because we just never agreed on price.
The condition got worse and worse over the years my patience has now paid off.
Now the Sdkfz 7 has got a new home. I will probably dismantle it completely and examine it thoroughly and rebuild it.
Personally, I like the late assembly of the Sdkfz 7 from 1944 with a wooden platform, which is why I will also build a late version.
