Hello Stephen and Fabrice
Many thanks for your kind words.
To your questions Fabrice:
The 3d printer is a Zortrax M200. I have following main adjustment options: Layer thickness from 0,09mm to 0,19mm and to print only the surface with a support inside between 40% and 100% (a complete 100 % full print). The minimum part thickness is 0,8mm. The main problem is to place the part that I have the best result. It is a question of experience - I will say, many fails.
I hope I had find the right words.
All the best
Frank

Hi Fabrice
The diameter is 0,4mm nozzle/ 1,75mm for the filament. There is no option.
I use normaly the ABS Filament. For me it is a good balance between Price and shrinkage.
Cheers
Frank

Hello at all
The hull is now complete. The last part was the head lamp. I saw it at the Bovington Centurion. I have only one photo. So I hope it is ok.
All the best

Hello Fabrice
In fact it is very easy.
The parts I bought more than 20 years. The 8V lamp gets 12V. The lamp mirror with a little modification and the lens gets a 3D cover.
Cheers

Hi Christoffer
No, no. The 8V lamp used with a 3s lipo (exact 11,1 V). So the light is a little better.
Kind regards
Frank

Frank,
Excellent looking bins and hardware. Looks like you milled the strap buckles? What size is the cutter bit that you used? Nice work!
