Ah, now the Quad is out of the bag I can relax not having to worry if I accidentally spilled the beans. My Limber is eager to be out and about, although the gun is on the back burner, both will have to wait for my Quad to arrive and even longer for it to be built. Starting to do some riveting on the MkIV, all slowly slowly. Off to do a little work on a WW2 Mossie tomorrow, so no modelling tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing all the Gun and Limber modellers getting stuck into their Quads, well done the team at Armortek. What will be next? How about a Ferret or even better a Daimler armoured car?, the one with the 2 pounder in the turret. A mid price ranged model between a Kompact kit and a full Armortek tank.

Hi All

We are now getting close to the end of the manufacturing of the Quad and are on schedule to pack and start deliveries next month.

I will write to everyone who has reserved a kit as soon I have confirmed delivery on your specific order. We will try to despatch to everyone as soon as possible, however please bear with us as this is a large batch and will take a few weeks to get all kits despatched.

thanks
Gill

We asked Chris Fry to build and paint a kit for us, Mark choose the colour scheme, I wonder what he may be angling for as a future model!!

Another masterpiece from Chris, looks superb in Caunter colours.

Now if you did a Matilda II, I'd have to portray one of the two Royal Tank Regiment VCs from WW2, Colonel Bob Foote, who won his award leading 7 RTR with great gallantry in the desert:

These were the only VCs won by members of the Royal Armoured Coprs in WW2.

The Matilda would I'm sure be a welcome addition.

I would definitely go for a Matilda mark II !!!
Used from the start to the end of WWII in almost every theaters : from France in 1940, Russia , North Africa , Malta to the Pacific = plenty of painting schemes (even some Beutepanzer) and lot of variants !!!

That scheme certainly adds to the model.

He's been angling for that for as long as I've been buying kits and I don't think he's ever had a nibble from the Finance Department...

I'd certainly have one :D and David can make another one into a Scorpion for me
