Hi Peter This would be great if possible. We are going for a build day again on Saturday, where we are building the terrain structure, planting some trees and vegetation. Will put up a couple of pictures. The driver platform is ready, so that a good overview of the battlefield gives a perfect drivin...

Did some work on the shock absorbers, installed them with a sping cut to the length I believe should work. Field test in the spring will show

No, There are no problems with the roadwheels. It's because the stug is blocked up, so the track is actually just lying on the surface with 2 extra track links installed. The roadwheels are not touching the track.

Just some small details made
Drilled the 3mm holes out to 4mm and threaded both the parts for a firm fit and finished with threaded the castle nuts

A couple of suggestions
Maybe a counter weight could help if there is room for it
Do you run the motor on 24v
What happens if you feed the motor directly from the battery. Remember to put in a fuse between batteries and elevation motor before trying this

Is the elevation without the motor easy to move up and down.
Could it be that the elevation is screwed to hard together with the 2 bolts

The brown layer ist just the primer of the one wheel part. The outer part is not yet primed
