What I would like is a Bren Gun Carrier, some thing not too large with the potential for all sorts of modification. My son Rory would like a DUKW, which crosses over neatly with my interest in model boats! Although has anyone successfully floated a duplex Sherman?! 8)

The PTFE Rings that you sorted me out with at the Open Day, really do the business, the turret turns with ease now! Much better than the brass bearing, my next challenge is the blank firer, getting that working smoothly.

This is a quick note to say that I have got batteries from Bristol Batteries in Swindon, they were helpful and friendly, so worth using as a longstop if there is no one in your area.
