just milled away... I'll say  This is just stunning. You managed to make it look like it was cast that way from the beginning. Not even the slightest difference in curvatures or surface to give away the modification! You are a true wizard and I wish I had half your skills, Roland! Che...

Mantlet

Roland,
how did you backdate your mantlet?

Cheers,

Chris' Tiger

Well, it's not been sent yet. I imagine mine will be the last. :( But I feel sorry for the poor fellow who only got half his kit. Don't think I would survive that. So, here are some shots of my facilities before the tiger moves in. How do yours measure up? The assembly workshop, where the ta...

Wow - you are already well underway!

I admire your tidyness - your workshop is like in a swiss watch!

Judging from the drum cupola, you too are going to backdate your Tiger

Thanks for the pictures - great fun!

Cheers,
/Chris

If you are a first class R/C engineer looking for a challenge, you could end up with just about the best control and feedback system out there. It certainly is not for someone looking for an "out of the box" solution. Well, I figured that it would make sense to treat my Tiger to the best. After all...

Does anyone have any experience with these units and with their Armortek compatibility?

Hi Ken! I used to be deep into model railroading too, but 1/87. Those models "weigh rather light" (in more than one sense!) in this company. Quite appealing! Have you seen von Abt's dioramas? http://www.vonabt.co.uk/dios/class52/index.html That's quite some garden railroad! Gosh! Cheers, /Ch...

That's absolutely great!

Whereabouts in Norway - can we count you to the Stockholm 'burbs? We have a rather generous zone to get some numbers. :D

I'll say things are catching on in Viking country - we're getting dangerous again with all this armor!

I just need to break the news to the wife, that should be fun Steve  I'll tell you! Things to expect to hear are: 1 With that kind of money we could do that home improvement we've been dreaming about. 2 We could go somewhere (in this case meaning somewhere where the sun shines and someone else...

Wonderful! That really is cool. Wish I had the opportunity to work with something that exciting! The closest I get to atom physics is a variant of von Heisenberg's famous theorem of uncertainty; I cant find anything and if I do, I have forgotten what I wanted it for... Cheers, /Chris P.S. Sometimes ISP:s shut each other out for reasons of abuse and the like and maybe that is the reason I have been unable to get a response from www.afceremonials.com for almost a year. It just loads forever and finally ends with an error message. Does it work for anyone else? :?

Check this out: http://www.thedecoy.org/1/6th/plan/buildphoto/S4100298.jpg Might be adaptable to the 5kg. Although that was more than I thought... If this approach doesn't cut it, I would (will... :D ) use a two-spring approach. The gun would be controlled with a flip switch. When flipping t...

Accordion - I like that! Let's hear the "panzer feuer!" in B flat! I'm impressed by the tidyness of your electrical installation. That will pay off the day it's raining "mad dogs and Englishmen". When T-day comes (delivery of the mid Tiger...), I'll try to copy yours (as well as the ac...
