Re: Late Tiger 1 commission build by Phil Woollard

G'day Phil, I purchased the same radiator set as you are working on and must say that for the price I paid I wasn't to happy with the quality. To me if you pay a high price you get high quality with minimal requirement of cleaning and modifying to fit properly. I purchased some tiger 1 turret stuff ...

Re: Elefant Gun Controls

Ray, sounds like there is some basic setting up to do. The XG-11 transmitter is not familiar but the stuff below should be generic for most Spektrum transmitters. Firstly, you might check your basic radio setup to assign channels to the four sticks (and set the fail-safe). The Knowledge Base guide ...

Elefant Gun Controls

G'day Guys, I'm using a spektrum 11x transmitter with mode 2. The throttle & rudder stick are L/R, up and down repectively. My issue is the spring loaded rudder stick which causes the gun to return to centre when the rudder stick is released to centre. I want the gun to stay at the intended position...

Re: RCSparks Elefant Tank Build - This should be an awesome experience!

the trick to the engine grill vents fitting is/was lots of filing. lots & lots of filing and then with a rubber mallet some persuading taps. the book can be a little confusing at times and you will find that some items are easier to connect 4 pages prior. leave the engine deck off the tank to one si...

Re: RCSparks Elefant Tank Build - This should be an awesome experience!

hi rcsparks. i do believe that in your latest build your engine deck grills are upside down. hope this helps. also before securing the top of the fighting compartment to the hull you will need to leave the mounting brackets loose. hope that makes sense.

cheers
