Re: New muzzle brake

Ivano,
I’m happy to make an advance...if that’s what you need. I’m also fairly certain others would too.

Re: New muzzle brake

Or, you can simply use a 1/16 Aber or Trumpeter kit muzzle brake and enlarge it yourself. Museums are going to let you stand on a ladder and use multiple means of measuring this!

Re: New muzzle brake

Ivano,
No, I enlarged that...and it doesn’t look correct. However, Kent’s picture from Aber looks more accurate.

Re: New muzzle brake

Ivano,
I believe Trumpeters is pretty close in their new 1/16 Panther tank. Certainly better than what “We” have.

Re: Panther Muzzle Brake perhaps?

Ivano,
Might you ever consider producing a Panther tank Muzzle brake? We are in desperate need of a more accurate reproduction than the toy like ones we have!

Re: New muzzle brake

I would like to say on Ivano’s behalf, it was me who contacted him after receiving his Tiger I Muzzle Brake Kit. I saw someone’s posting of the kit, after I had opened mine...but didn’t see that small bolt contained inside. So, I sent him a message requesting a replacement to be sent. All said, this...

Re: New muzzle brake

I have ordered a Muzzle Brake from Ivano, and look forward to receiving it. His work is great, and he is very trustworthy to do business with. I’ll advise everyone of my thoughts once I get it. I’m glad someone is working hard to correct so many deficiencies with these kits!

Re: Armorteks next model

Like I said, I’m cheering for Armortek to build it first....cause it (M4A1) WILL SELL! So many variations, so much history...YADA, YADA, YADA. Yes, I’m a fan of Armortek. I just wish they’d take a risk on my choice. Time will tell.....Tick, Tock.

Re: Armorteks next model

Well, That company....which shall remain nameless....is being watched very closely by friends of mine here in the States. It is (Appears to be at least) a radical departure from the usual high volume Chinese business model. Yes, after seeing the Panther kit...it’s awesome....They got it right! From ...

Re: Armorteks next model

Yes, I have personally seen them. High level of detail, museum pieces...but at a terrific price! So, I’d love to see Armortek take them on! They too go to Bovington, and are listening to what the WWII tank enthusiasts want. So, may the best company win! I personally am cheering for Armortek!

Re: Armorteks next model

That’s HORRIBLE! Trust me though, vandalism and disrespect for history occurs everywhere! Stephen, can I perhaps hold a little-bit of hope about the M4A1 ever being done since you were so close to it at your last visit....or did you just happen to need to use the Rest Room that was near by.. ...
