Re: Fascinating Video of M3 Production

Brilliant film of heavy engineering. Out of interest does anyone know what version of the tank is seen on the last few frames as they drive away from the range, one has a box shaped structure in place of the upper turret?

Fantastic work. Do you have a workshop with tiny workers producing these items? My sausage fingers could not stitch such small leather items.

Re: CHIEFTAIN

No doubt the choice of this new model has pleased a lot of people but for those who cannot afford over £5000 it would be nice to have a new 'Kompact' model some time? Anyway I look forward to the build notes on the forum when it is released.

Re: And so it begins... RPR's Engine Build

Sorry if this is a daft question but with all the work you are doing on the engine how much more would be needed to make it fire up and run?

Re: Help needed

I have not used this method on a model but for my bikes you can use a long bolt and nut (M6?), a washer the same diameter as the bush housing, a tube larger than the bush (I use a suitable socket for a socket wrench) assemble all this to pull out the bush as you tighten the bolt/nut. If you are care...

Re: Armorteks next model

FT 17 or a bren gun carrier for those of us who do not have deep pockets. The would make wonderful models in the Kompact Kits.

Brilliant work. I love the tools you use and the stock of bar in the background. It all looks superb.

25pdr paint schemes

Has anyone got some photos or tell me where to find some of a 25pdr located in North Africa in colour, showing the wear and tear of the gun. I plan to paint it using UK BSC 64 Portland stone as the base but images of damaged, scrapped and worn examples would be very useful. Maybe there is one in a m...

Re: What tank would you like Armortek to make?

I would like a WW1 Whippet French or WW2 Carrier or even better a WW1 Renault FT, great small vehicles for those with restricted finances.
