Re: RCSparks Elefant Tank Build - This should be an awesome experience!

Hi,

There is a volume control on the Benedini mini, it is used via the sound selection.

Sound 11 volume up and sound 12 volume down are probably set up by default
at least one of my sound modules was supplied with these 2 functions active.

Re: New build motion control question

Hi Doug, Sounds like a similar issue i had with my Tiger 1, although I only noticed it when doing turns. It appeared to work ok in forward and reverse straight Line but when doing turns the D4 led would light up. LED D4 is the over current LED If your right motor is hooked up to speed control 3 this...

Re: Elefant Gun Controls

Hi Ray, I'm not familiar with your radio I use Futaba myself, my explanation below can be set up on my Futaba transmitter. Thinking outside the box, you may be able to set the trim for your gun traverse channel to 100% rate giving you 100% servo travel using the trim control. I would also set the tr...

Re: Quad Winch Cable Diameter

Thanks for the replies. I have done a little research since I posted the question and found only one article, This mentions the winch cable for the Morris Quad. It said the cable circumference was 2 inches and it was 120 foot long. So if my maths is correct scale cable would be 2.65mm diameter and 6...

Quad Winch Cable Diameter

Just curious on other peoples thoughts.

What cable diameter will you be using for the Quad winch.

I haven't done any research yet but was thinking about 2mm when looking at the 2 rollers EM0610 this would equate to 12mm full size. But i am not sure that it might be to thick.

Re: Knowledge Base Topics - Radio Systems selection added

Hi Peter, I think I can answer that question for you. A quick search for FP-R118F shows me images that look like it is a 35 MHz or 40 MHz type receiver. This would not be compatible with 2.4 GHz systems. You would need to look at buying a radio and receiver that is compatable with the electronics yo...

Re: Who is building 131

Hi John, I'm building a 131 kit.

I was originally going to built it as 131 but that may change. I bought some dragon figures but none of them are in desert uniform all are black panzer uniforms.

Still early in my build so lots of time to decide.
