Re: Recoil with CO2 ???

I love the effects! :D If I were you, I would open the return valve earlier, so that the barrel slows down and reverses in one continuous motion, without hitting any mechanical stop. I think the speed of the recoil is perfect. Not prototypical, but then nobody would see what's happening. This is jus...

Many of these pictures would do well in Phil's "real or fake" section. Even the wear looks realistic! :D

Re: Steel Panther Tracks

Very interesting to see Vincent's links together with Giesswerk's - thank you Phil! :D Here are a number of possible reasons compiled from rumours out there - some definitely true, some unknown: 1 The tracking width is different and needs to be accounted for - not just on the sprocket, but on all wh...

Re: Panther G (July 1944 version)

Yes, that's what I mean. It looks like full speed? If I go anywhere close to optimal feed/speed according to the workshop handbook on my home machine, things start to smoke and the cutter breaks.

These look like dry cuts? How are such speeds possible without flooding? :o

Hello Bob

really impressive build with all the finesse and most modern technologies up to 3-D printing from metal.
It is always a pleasure to watch the model evolve.

Best regards,
Oliver

Re: Early Tiger 1 Steel Track Links and Pins

That's two interested - eight to go! :D I can heartily recommend them. Anyone with an early or mid tiger should try to get them. Not that there is anything wrong with the originals, but these are so much cooler. They drop right in without adjustments and look awesome when driving. 8) I am still usin...
