Adrian, that looks very good and very complicated. If you can get the turret bent as per the drawing you should have a winner.
Were there any 222 variations which did not have a turret which would be easier to convert/build?

Adrian, as you say the turret looks like it would have to bent perfect the first time as once the bend is in that is it. Being 1.5 mm is also a little extra problem. I think it would be easyier to bend if it was thinner aluminium for the turret, but the body would be left as steel. Please keep me in...

I have tried all the thickest diff oils there are and none of them stop wheel spin in very muddy terrain, but I have found the perfect soloution. The thickest steam oil I can buy. It is thicker than treacle and twice as sticky and my little 222 has successfully trod the earth at the full sized tank ...

To reduce the cost even more I will remove the 2.4 ghz transmitter and receiver, thus reducing the price to only:

£1250.00

I can confirm that the 222 has the full Armotek motor, motion pack, 24 volt battery, and Armortek sound unit and speaker.

Dear all, Have you used steam oil in your diffs. yet? It is available in several amounts of thickness, from sticky as golden syrup to as solid as frozen butter. Mark and Gill might be able to supply the super, sticky, solid, stuff as they used to make large scale steam locomotives in the olden days?

Hello Ad, Thankyou for checking your books. I have only seen the Italian Autobilinda armoured car fitted with the railway wheels, but maybe one day a photo of a 222 will be found. The Autobilinda had the railwheels fitted behind the ordinary wheels/tyres which might be possible with the 222? It woul...

Hello Lee,

What mud? That is very realistic camoflage!

OK, well the mud is genuine Duxford tank pit demonstration mud, which I normally sell on EvilBayfor $9.00 an ounce, but what mud you can see is included in the very reasonable price of £1500.00
