Re: blank firer, Advice please

Hi John My advice would be not to fit the blank firer, it was originally certified to be installed on the earlier KT,s which had a different gun barrel and muzzle break. Fitting the blank firer to the latest KT would quite possibly be illegal and certainly dangerous as no testing has been carried ou...

Re: 20 Tonne jack King Tiger/Jagdtiger/Panther

I have just received my Tiger 1 long jack from Mark and thought I would post a couple of comparison photos of it with the Steve Winston jack just to highlight the size difference (Marks jack is on the left) . I don’t have any references to compare either of them to, so potential buyers will have to ...

Hello Ivano.
The parts are looking very nice, it will be good to see them test fitted to Phil’s Chieftain.

Re: New option pack, heads up

Hi Michael
Simple fix when you know what the issue is, but it may make some people think they have blown something if you do not realise what the problem is.

Re: 20 Tonne jack King Tiger/Jagdtiger/Panther

Hi Mark.
Nice to see a jack that is the correct length as all previous available jacks have been undersized.

New option pack, heads up

For those that are about to install the new option packs a quick heads up of a small issue I have found. After installing the motion and audio modules to a Stug that I am building I carried out a function test and everything was working as advertised. I then installed the recoil module and powered t...

Re: Hull plugs, why?

I guess you are talking about the 2 plugs that fit in either lower hull plate, these are the locations for the swing are dampers on the real King Tiger. The dampers were mounted internally and the mounting pins passed through the hull sides and were visible externally, therefor the plugs you mention...

Hi Mark
Super job on the jacks, I know how long you have been developing these and the effort put into them to ensure they are accurate.

Re: New muzzle brake

I have just received my muzzle brake from Ivano and would highly recommend it, a superb piece of 3D printing that will add greatly to the look of my Tiger when finished.

The finished 3D print is excellent and does not appear to need any further work.

Dave
Are you going to the drivers sight wipers and gunners sight wipers or is it possible to use the coupons wipers at these positions.

Hi Mark
I like you idea having the control panel swing out of sight. If you don’t mind I may try a similar set up when I get round to my Tiger.
