Re: 25 pdr and ammunition limber Kompact Kits

Hi Mark and thanks for you offer. In fact I have already agreed to sell to someone else but if for any reason that falls through I will be in touch.
Kind regards
Martin

25 pdr and ammunition limber Kompact Kits

Both kits are un-opened and in the original Armortek packaging. Unfortunately age and a progressive illness are now preventing me from tackling the gun and limber to add to the quad tractor which I am determined to complete! Prices are £195 for the limber and £365 for the gun with both for £530 (ori...

Re: cab on or off?

Mark has very helpfully advised that the cab has been designed to be built either separately or in situ directly onto the chassis so question answered! :D

cab on or off?

I now have finished the chassis with the electronics in place and functioning but Is there a shared wisdom as to whether the cab has to be built separately and then fitted on to the chassis or can it be built in situ :?: I do not want to start down either route only to find an impasse half way throu...

Re: Quad, Mick, for the use of.

No need to apologise! It was such an embarrassingly simple query with an inevitably simple solution! Thank goodness the Forum has such helpful and patient experts to advise those of us with declining mental capacity!. :)

Re: Quad, Mick, for the use of.

I made the mistake of searching for right angle connectors which was less helpful! :?

Re: Quad, Mick, for the use of.

Thanks to both! I had just about reached the larger hole in the spade solution when my local Maplins finally admitted to having L shaped spade connectors having previously denied they existed! Am awaiting delivery.
Thanks again

Re: Quad, Mick, for the use of.

Mike, in seeking "best practice" for routing and tidying the wiring for the motion control and audio modules I have noticed in a photo you put on p7 (?)of this thread what appear to be adapters for the spade connectors which enable the cables to be placed at right angles to the module spade connecto...

Re: wiring motion control

Success at last! :D :D . R/C now fully operational following the invaluable advice through the Forum. Making the connections and being very careful with the programming instructions as per Adrian's suggestions and getting the correct channel linked with the 3 way switch finally solved the issues. To...

Thanks for the further advice and encouragement. I am following the programming instructions given by Mark in the relevant Quad manuals which is what the knowledge base recommends and will do the checks suggested and try again!

Re: wiring motion control

Hi again!.After the success re the motion control I had hoped that the audio would prove straightforward..but I spoke too soon! Mark's wiring schematic for the Quad shows two connections between the receiver and the audio module but the audio manual description (para4) says there are 3 r/c inputs an...
