Book library for sale

I am now (I am ashamed to say) a lapsed military vehicle hobbyist. Therefore I am selling off my library. I have many hundreds of books and magazines about WW2 German military vehicles and WW2 in general, including many tricky to find photo reference books about the Tiger family. Plus, I have a fair...

Ade, do you think this model would be a valid entry?! http://www.vonabt.co.uk/models/dora/slides/PS2007-09-021121.jpg A member of the Kampfgruppe von Abt team who is well known to some of you, Peter Shaw, has scratch built a sixth scale model of the German WW2 Dora rail gun. A little over 35' in len...

New Panther Book - Wheatcroft Panther Restoration

The 1st part of a series, http://www.landmarkmilitarybooks.com/Th ... -2254.html. Doug at Landmark tells me the quality of the images is superb, very sharp, including full page photos, all colour. And only £15.99.

Rich, I think your problem "I'm also logged into the gallery but show up as a guest." is simple to resolve. At the bottom left hand corner you have two view options, next to the phrase "Display mode" (see image below). You can select yourself, or "guest". (This option exists so you can check that yo...

Hi Graham. I just tried the same method you are using, and I had exactly the same result as you - a blank screen with the "Done" comment in the status bar. I have researched the cause, and the problem is caused by the EXIF add-on not functioning correctly . Mark - I suggest you either disable the EX...

I run a few photo galleries, and from experience can recommend the "Windows XP" option. This appears as one of the tabs when you select Add Picture. Click on the tab and you get simple instructions on how to use this option. The result is, when you are viewing pictures on your (Windows XP) PC, you c...

To echo Lee's comments - thank you Mark and Gill. The show was excellent fun, with lots of visitors to the Armortek stand. The stand was huge. Dave showed his Ferret (?) and Vince showed his Schwimmwagen. We had a Kampfgruppe von Abt diorama set up as part of the stand, where we had a Siebel ferry l...

This is from the BBC Top Gear series. My favorite item was the 3 wheel car (Robin Reliant) they converted into a Space Shuttle. So close to success! You have to watch to believe.

Allan, all I could find (all are from Ground Power magazines). Click on the images to view a far higher resolution copy.
