The Sherman is a fully machined kit of components. This model, based on a mid-production M4A3, has been designed exclusively by Armortek on the latest 3D SolidWorks software. The model is constructed primarily from steel and aluminium, complemented with other cast alloys and materials. We use no GRP. The model features scale armour thickness and genuine working Vertical Volute Spring Suspension.

The objective of creating a model that looks, feels and drives prototypically is not just for appearance, but has practical applications for those enthusiasts who wish to war game their models. For example, the Sherman turret will traverse 360 degrees in approximately 15 seconds – so much faster than the Tiger and providing that first shot opportunity you badly need against such a mighty adversary!
