Important safety information for all builders

Before you are sent your Option Pack 2 firing mechanism you must read the following rules and certify that you will abide by them.

Armortek can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury caused by failure to follow the assembly and operating instructions or modification or misuse of the firing unit

The following basic rules must be followed to ensure safe and reliable operation of the unit:
  • No modifications of any kind at all.
  • Unit must be cleaned thoroughly every six shots.
  • Never use outside the tank.
  • Ensure turret top is fixed down and turret stud and knob are fitted.
  • Test the basic operation and radio control before fitting cartridges.
  • Test fire using blank percussion cap only cartridges before full use.
  • Never use indoors.
  • Never point the barrel at any one when firing.
  • Ensure the tank is at least 20 feet from anyone before firing.
  • Never use anything other than the recommended cartridges.
  • Do not use in non Armortek products under any circumstances.
  • Store the unit and cartridges in a dry environment.
  • Never allow minors or inexperienced people to use the unit.
  • Read all these notes and assembly instructions carefully before assembly.
  • Do not replace the fasteners provided with any other type or material.
