Hello Adrian,

Works perfectly. Had to puzzle a little but one stick driving is a fact now. I'm considering the new update for the Panther now. (the suspension upgrade)

Regards,

Marcel

Hi Adrian, the type of thing I was considering was maybe changing the crew commands. Maybe add some music. I have heard that if I send my board back to Thomas he may be able to add my sound sounds. I have this on my 1/16 tanks. Good fun, plays Panzer lied on startup. It would be nice if a decent programable set up becomes available. I have never seen an Armortek other than on Utube. I'm sure the standard sounds will be good with a good speaker and possibly an amp.

Marcel - glad you've got it sorted - though I can only take the credit for knowing where the guys had already worked all this programming out :D

John - once you've heard the Benedini through a good set of speakers like the Tannoy ones included with the new Armortek options packs, you'll be amazed at the power and depth compared to YouTube

Finally have everything functioning, all movement and sound working well. Control with two sticks. I have the DMR203 and have upgraded the sound boards and speakers to the new type. Adrian posted instructions before on changing to I stick driving. I have opened the DMR203. I have located the steer mode jumper. Do I just remove the plug from the board? Then what about wires to receiver. I have futaba 7c. At present my turret rotation is right stick left/right, elevation is rotary knob. Sound is 3 way switch chanel 5. Chanel 4 is empty. Can chanel 7 be used for anything?

Yes.

Assuming you want to use the left stick, these are channels 3 and 4, so you need to wire these two channels from the receiver to the DMR203. I don't know off hand which way around they go  , but if it spins when you move the stick forwards, change them over

If you want to use the right stick, then wire up channels 1 and 2.

If you buy an RC switcher, you could turn the light on and off ?

Hi John,

You can designate a proportional switch of your own choosing to channels 5 to 7.

See page 30 of the Futaba 7c manual how to do it.

I think by default it is the switch on the front marked "B"

But as Maarten says, you can change which switch does what.
