Luc's Mid Tiger

Postby Luc De Weirdt » Fri Dec 16, 2011 8:46 pm

Hi guys,

My name is Luc, webmaster of the Flemish Kampfgruppe Meetjesland and I'm a friend of Yves Mouton.
This is my first time here on the board and I want to show you my Mid Tiger.

I bought this Armortek beauty second hand. The only thing that was built were the hull and wheels.
So I almost had to start from zero.

Before you look at the pics I have to say that the model isn't finished yet and the two figures are gonna be changed by two Wehrmacht animatronics.

Enjoy the pics (comments are welcome  )

Saw them boyh in the movie recently. Nicely disdressed and weathered. Nice to see the two together. Welcome go Tiger world.

Hi Luc.

Really smart Tiger 1 I liked it when I saw it in the video the other week, some nice little touches like the rag on the jerry can :D , and as said above a very nice weathering job overall. What does the motto on the front mean please?
Cheers Paul.

Looks like a veteran Tiger - lots of good detail in there.

Thank you guys. :D

I wanted to have some war damage on my Tiger so I thought it would be a great idea to put some bullet holes in the exhaust shields and bucket:

Also two new crew member are added:

Johann Meiling is now the new radio operator/ MG gunner.

The second figure is Hauptmann Duske.
He's the one with a piece of the scorched Soviet flag in his hands:
