Jagdpantherbin and Guncleaningtube from Steve Winstone

Post by William Gardeniers »

Hi all

I am building a Jagdpanther from the Schwere Panzerjäger Abteilung 654.
One off the field modifications off this Jagdpanthers are the additional stowage bin for crew baggage on the left superstructure rear and the guncleaningtube on the rear off the enginedeck.

The stowage bin was measured at the Jagdpanther in Koblenz and i made a cardboard sample. And the drawing went to Steve he was asked if he could make it because i have not the machinery .

And this is the result from Steve.

The guncleaningtube is a standard tube from Steve with some new brackets.

Hi William

Your Jagdpanther is looking excellent. I like the unique stowage bin on the rear of the fighting compartment and have always liked the cleaning tubes on the rear deck!

You will have one of akind when finished. Nice job.

Kind regards
Tim
