the gearbox is self made. It is also including the drive for the winch.

Hi Heiko,

das ist "noch" der aktuelle Bauzustand. Ich wollte erst zwei andere Baustellen (FT17 und Wiesel TOW) fertig machen. Zum Wiesel werde ich demnächst etwas posten. Anaschließend möchte ich am SdKfz 7 weiter machen :wink:
Die Bremsen im SdKfz 7 sind übrigens die gleichen wie im FT17.

Hi Robert,

the worm drive produced to much axial force on the Truck Puller motor and I decided to replace it. :wink:

In the engine compartment is stil place for an engine replica, which is already under construction.

Hi all, I made some progress with my FT17 :D It is running!!!! :mrgreen: The gear and thesteering brakes are working well after some modifications. Also the tracks are moving like the original. Hi Robert, I think the casted turret will be printed also in the future but the angular turret could be produced in metal. The single motor drives a worm wheel which is assembled to the differential gear. When braking at the right side the speed of left track will be increased while the right track ...
