Tank Brigade T34's

Just saw this on YouTube and thought of all you T34 guys. Some great shots of T34's powering through water and over Pak's. I'll tell you what you had to trust those tank drivers not to run over you, ENJOY!

Re: panther build.. at last!

Hi Simon,

That has got to be one of the best scratch built parts I've seen. Very well done. You must be made up with it.

Please show a photo of it lit up too when finished.

Thanks Antony

Re: Leighton Hall Meet 25th Sept

Hi All,

I'm concentrating on building & wiring this weekend as I want to get something moving for next time so I'll have to give it a miss. The weather doesn't look too good either but if you do meet up then have a great time.

Thanks Ant

Re: Leighton Hall Meet 25th Sept

Just had a little fun with an old photo of a Pz.Abt.505 Charging Knight King Tiger and Paul W's tank. I was really impressed again at how well these big tanks roll over any terrain with ease.

Hi Dunc, Paul & Paul,

Thanks for the offer Dunc. I'll give you a call and see what we can sort. Hopefully I'll see you all on the 25th with whatever I can get running and my trusty video camera.

Re: track snapping problem

Hi Paul, The snapping of the tracks was improved when Paul M fixed the idler housing with nuts & bolts. There was still a little movement within the housing so depending on the terrain and the pressure on the idlers they could still move a little. I also noticed from time to time when driving off th...

Re: Leighton Hall Meet 25th Sept

Hi Dunc & Paul,

The 25th will be a bit quick for me as I'm still building. I want to do the best job I can and I'm not going to rush it. I might be able to make October though as I should have at least 2 running vehicles by then. Looking forward to meeting up again as it's been too long.

Hi Stephen, Fantastic :!: :!: I've just put my grey coat on as per Tim's instructions and will do another very light matt black then onto the pigments. It seems you can add more or less depending on how you want them to look. I think it makes a real difference to the look of the tank when finished e...
