Re: New muzzle brake

Hi all,

I would be interested in an accurate Panther muzzle that would fit the Armortek barrel.
Count me in if it would be made.

Aber make a good looking one in 1:16.

Re: Forum Banner

Hi all, Sadly thats not a ”real” Hetzer but a customized Swiss G13. The oil plugs at the drive housing and the threaded end of the barrel for the G13 muzzle says its a G13 from origin. However an Armortek Hetzer I’m sure would be welcome out there on the 1:6 market. But not for me as my Spearhead on...

Re: Jagdtiger prototype

Hi all, Yes, Olaf’s Kgs 73/800/152 single-links is a work of art but was never used on Jagdtigers. http://www.panzer-modell.de/specials/sohlen_der_tiger.pdf Per Sonnervik (RIP) told me so and for his own scratchbuild 1:6th JT he had Das Geisswerk made a set of for a JT the correct Kgs 73/800/300 dou...

Hi Heiko,

I look forward to this build of yours as what I have seen of yours other build here and on other forum your work and skills are second to non.

Sadly can’t help you with parts but just a reminder you need a pair of Stug/Panzer III sprockets here as well.

Kind regards

Re: Late Tiger 1 commission build by Phil Woollard

No I love your work and how you always try to rise the bar for more accurassy in your builds just like me. What I don’t like is vendors who don’t bother to do proper research or listening to people with more knowledge. However feeding this forum for +15 years now, being banned twice under those year...

Re: Late Tiger 1 commission build by Phil Woollard

Thanks Mark that's just the ticket, I think Kent has some competition! Some more progress on the turret. :D Found an interesting Henchel factory drawing at Panzerbasics from the Per Sonnervik collection that might be of interest regarding the mantle/hatch issue. It looks as there was a bit of probl...

Re: Late Pattern Steel Road Wheels

Hi Alastair,

Sorry have no drawings etc from Tiger1 steel wheels but here are 2 of Tiger2 ones from Per Sonnerviks collection at Panzerbasics.
They are supposed to be the same.
Hope this helps you.

Re: Heaven. 1944.

On a related note... in 1993, Iraq was considered to have the largest supply of salable scrap metal in the world. By tonnage. After oil, it was their greatest resource for a couple of years. Them T72's and T80's and BTR's were great live fire targets. But of no use as they were victims of depleted ...

What would be the most effective anti tank weapon for a plane to mount? Canons?

Two 37 mm Flak 18 guns on a Stuka Ju 87G worked pretty well.
Just Google Hans-Ulrich Rudel. :D
